Every cut of Grade A meat that goes into our state-of-the-art smoker, doesn't come out until it has reached absolute juicy perfection!! Each slab of meat, piece of chicken and rack of ribs gets Uncle Buck's stamp of approval. You can trust when you belly up to your plate of perfection that everyhing that went in to it was the very best. ENJOY!!
